Eligibility for Refund


  1. Refunds are considered for orders where a valid return request has been accepted (as per the Return Policy: defective/damaged, mismatched, or not as described/listed).


Proof Requirement for Refunds


  1. The customer must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue while raising a refund request, so that the claim can be reviewed and processed with in 7 days.
