Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are considered for orders where a valid return request has been accepted (as per the Return Policy: defective/damaged, mismatched, or not as described/listed).
Proof Requirement for Refunds
- The customer must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue while raising a refund request, so that the claim can be reviewed and processed with in 7 days.
General Conditions
- Refunds are subject to verification of the issue reported by the customer and compliance with the above Return Policy, including timelines and non-returnable item rules.
